PixelHue Mirror is an unofficial mirror and cannot answer questions about product compatibility, RMA, licensing, or purchasing. For those, contact PixelHue directly through the official website at pixelhue.com, which lists regional support channels and the official ticket system. Firmware downloaded here is identical to the official files, so official support channels remain fully valid for anything you install from this mirror.
